Terms of Use
1. Purpose and status
Nacelle is currently a private personal intelligence and automation system operated for its owner's use. This website explains the system and provides the policies associated with its connected-service integrations. It does not presently offer a public subscription or consumer service.
2. Authorized use
Access to connected accounts and services must be authorized by the applicable account owner. Nacelle may act only within permissions granted through those services and any additional approval boundaries configured by the owner. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited.
3. Third-party services
Nacelle can interoperate with third-party products and APIs. Those services remain governed by their own terms, availability, permissions, and policies. Nacelle is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google merely because it uses Google APIs or OAuth.
4. Automated and AI-assisted actions
Nacelle may use software automation and AI systems to retrieve context, prepare work, make recommendations, or perform owner-authorized actions. Automated systems can make mistakes. Consequential actions should use the approval and verification controls appropriate to their risk.
5. Availability and warranties
Nacelle is an evolving private system and may change, become unavailable, or have integrations modified without notice. It is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. No guarantee is made that every integration, automation, inference, or result will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Privacy
Information handling is described in the Nacelle Privacy Policy. Google user data is handled subject to the disclosures in that policy and applicable Google API requirements.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated as Nacelle evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version.
